1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour


½ tsp salt


½ cup (1 stick) cold unsalted butter, cubed


3–4 tbsp ice water

4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries


½ cup sugar


2 tbsp cornstarch


1 tbsp lemon juice


1 tsp lemon zest


½ tsp cinnamon (optional)

¾ cup all-purpose flour


½ cup rolled oats


½ cup brown sugar


½ tsp cinnamon


6 tbsp cold butter, cubed

1️⃣ Prepare Crust


Mix flour and salt. Cut in butter until mixture looks like coarse crumbs.

Add ice water gradually until dough just comes together.

Shape into a disk, wrap, and chill for 30 minutes.

Roll out and fit into a 9-inch pie pan. Chill while preparing filling.

Toss blueberries with sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, zest, and cinnamon.

Spread evenly into the prepared crust.

In a bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
